The topics covered range from the students learning about the entire Microsoft Office software package and how to apply the programs to practical projects they will experience while they are working in the field. As an example, students learn how to create and design templates of a business letter and fax cover sheet. They learn how to save this as a template so they can reuse this preformatted document to reduce time performing repetitive tasks.
